ANNOUNCEMENT

Many of you already know that I am closing my practice at the end of November this year. I am ready to slow down. I am going to quilt, travel and tend to my chickens. You may see me at the hospital, as I help out a little bit from time to time and catch a baby or see someone in the emergency department.

It has been a privilege to be a part of this multicounty community and so many of your families. So many of you have become my friends. I have so enjoyed getting to know you over the years. I will miss you and wonder just what I will do for a social life! I will miss catching up with those of you that I have seen for years and for being a part of the addition of those precious babies to your families.

Thank you for your trust and allowing me to care for you.

All appointments for 2025 are still in place. If you have one of those 2026 appointments, I am sorry, I will be having fun somewhere else!

For your medical records, you can get most of what you need through your patient portal. If your access is expired, please call the office and we will send you a new invitation.

After February 1, 2026, your medical records will be at Cody Regional Health Hospital. In that case, click the teal button below to be directed to their medical records department for a release.

UPDATE:

As of 12/1/25, we no longer have staff to fulfill requests for office medical records. All of your records will be available as of 2/1/26 at Cody Regional Health. Please use the button below for connection to that site.

If you need records regarding a birth, surgery or other services provided at Cody Regional Health, all of those records can be obtained at any time using that same access button.
